The Civil Defence, Immigration and Prisons Service Board (CDIPB) was established by Decree No. 14 of July, 1986 as the ‘Customs, Immigration and Prisons Services Board’ under the Chairmanship of the Honourable Minister of Internal Affairs.

You can then proceed to complete all the provided sections with accurate information. Also Ensure you print out your acknowledegment slip at the end of your application.
