The Company was established through a Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) between DeltaTek Engineering Limited (a 100% indigenous company) and WorleyParsons (an international Engineering Design Consulting Company) with 51% : 49% shareholding ratio respectively. The company was incorporated under the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 2003 to provide world-class services to different sectors in Nigeria. These include Hydrocarbons (Oil & Gas), Power, Infrastructure & Environment and Mineral, Metals and Chemicals.
