To satisfy our customers, our business imperatives are: Maintaining a relibale / fault-free eletrical network (HT/LT, Overhead / Underground) & related equipments, Augmenting network as per load growth, Metering & billing of customers, Resolving customers’ requests & complaints, Deploying IT and other technologies & processes as per business needs, Adapting to regulatory & statutory norms, and upgrading individual & organizational capacity to sustain business success.
