How to Apply for the Ongoing Ekiti State Government Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff Recruitment at Ekiti State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) – ekitistate.gov.ng

The Ekiti State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) has announced the commencement of the 2019 Teachers’ Recruitment Exercise into Ekiti State Public Secondary Schools. The Ekiti State Governor, His Excellency, Dr. John Kayode Fayemi, as part of his avowed desire to develop the state Education sector and as contained in his electioneering campaign promises has graciously approved the recruitment of Teaching and Non-Teaching staff to fill all the existing vacancies in the state secondary schools.

 

Application forms are now available and interested applicants should note that they are required to pay an examination fee of  N1,000 only to complete the process.

 

Also note that only qualified candidates who processes the National Certificate in Education (NCE) or a University Degree in Education combined with a teaching subject such as BED, BSC.ED, BA.ED or BSC or BA (SingleHonour), with a Post Graduate Diploma in Education combined with or in a Teaching Subject such as Basic Science, Social Studies, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematic, Economics, Geography etc or Art Subject such as English, Fine-Art, Yoruba, CRK, History, Political Science, French etc may apply to sit for the Recruitment Examination.

You will be presented with a page like the picture below. Kindly fill in all your details including your passport photograph.

The form is divided into Five Sections (A-E)and each field market * is compulsory.

 

Section A is for your personal information. Here you are to fill in your personal info and your passport photograph is also needed. Please ensure to use a clear background, preferably white to avoid any issues.

 

Section B is for Previous Employment Data. Here you are required to fill in your previous employment data if any. This field is not marked compulsory but we recommend filling it to stand a greater chance.

 

Section C is for Schools Attended (Primary, Secondary and Higher institution). Only Primary school data is marked compulsory, but ensure you fill in every detail is this section if available.

 

Section D is for Teaching Applicants Only. Which means if you are applying for a Non-teaching position, skip this section.

 

Section E which is the final section is where you are required to fill in details of your Examination Center and list of References. After that, click on the checkbox to confirm. Then proceed to submit.

 

NOTE: Completed forms should be submitted online between Monday 23rd September, 2019 and Monday 7th October, 2019.

 

Applicants must print the acknowledgment slip on the last step of the application process. The slip, showing the applicant’s Seat Number, will serve as the entry pass during the qualifying examination to hold at a later date.

 

After completing your Application, proceed to the next step which is Payment. You are required to enter your Applicant ID as well as Surname and then click submit.
