Job Description

  • We are looking for a responsible¬†Administrative Assistant¬†to perform a variety of administrative and clerical¬†tasks
  • Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office¬†needs¬†and managing our company‚Äôs general administrative activities.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience.
  • In-depth¬†knowledge of accounting principles, laws and best practices.
  • Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Minimum of an OND in Accounting
  • I.T Proficiency (Well versed in Excel and other accounting packages)

Behavioural Competencies:

  • An analytical mind with strategic abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, complex environment and to adapt to change.
  • Age Limit: 25 -35 years.
