Administrative Assistant/ Customer Representative

Location: Sangotedo, Ajah –┬áLagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

  • Perform all administrative functions and manages the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring all the administrative operations are carried out appropriately.
  • Manage all correspondences, attend to mail inquiries by clients
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries (online and offline)
  • Communicate with customers through various online channels- Instagram, Email, etc.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests and follow up on orders till delivery
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma in any course
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar position.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and customer service skills.
