Location: Victoria Island, Lagos (with responsibilities for facilities in Festac, Lekki, and Victoria Island)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative/Facility Officer to ensure that our store facilities in Victoria Island, Festac, and Lekki are in excellent condition. This role involves overseeing facility maintenance and addressing any emergencies that arise to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
Job Functions/Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and maintenance of office environments, including air conditioning and generators.
Ensure all facilities are clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Develop and maintain relationships with reliable vendors for facility-related services.
Respond promptly to any facility-related emergencies or issues to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Implement and manage emergency procedures to address urgent situations effectively.
Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
Organize and coordinate administrative processes and tasks as needed.
Negotiate with vendors to ensure the best service and pricing.
Maintain records of service agreements and facility-related expenses.
Requirements/Qualifications
HND / Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in administrative or facility management roles.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
