  • Our client is looking for an Administrative Manager who has knowledge of secretarial duties, HR duties and Client Service Operations to oversee her office operations.

The Administrative Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Acting as the point of contact between clients and the organisation
  • Handling and documenting client’s requests and orders appropriately and professionally
  • Scheduling clients meetings
  • Manages and receives incoming phone calls
  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Handles customer complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follows up to ensure resolution
  • Keeps records of customer interactions, and files information
  • Manages administrative tasks
  • Recruits employees and updates them on the company’s procedure and culture
  • Assesses employee performance and provides coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Manages company Payroll
  • Manages the MD/CEO’s schedules and travel arrangements
  • Manages inventory of office and kitchen supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Liaises with company’s vendors on purchases
  • Organises and supervises office activities (event planning etc.)


  • HND / B.Sc in Relevant Field
  • Proven customer support experience and Administration
  • Knowledge of Recruitment and payroll
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Understanding of a PA job requirements
  • Microsoft Office and English proficiency
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
