Job Description

  1. Prepares correspondence and other letters.
  2. Co-ordinate organization activities at the MDAs
  3. Effective and Daily Management of Emergency Call Centre
  4. Responsible for proper co-ordination of daily activities at the Emergency Communication Centre.
  5. Responds to requests from the staff.
  6. Analyzes and evaluates requests from Staff members
  7. Represents the company in all bidding opening as it may be assigned by higher authority.
  8. Preparation of employment letter.
  9. Preparation of Bid Documents
  10. Preparation of query letters, agreements and reports.
  11. Involves in the banking functions – Assignments.
  12. general clerical duties including photocopying and mailing
  13. prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
  14. record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meeting
  15. coordinate maintenance of or Senior Management staff of the organization.
  16. Other responsibilities as it may be assigned

QUALIFICATION:

BSC/HND HOLDERS IN RELEVANT FIELD WITH COGNATE EXPERIENCE AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION WILL BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE.
