Description

• Provide asset management service to Service Desk and all IMT Operational Units
• Allocate, install and relocate assets as may be
• Deploy OS images to client systems
• Inventory /Store Management Generate the following types of reports for Service Management Team:
  • Daily Asset utilization operations reports
  • Hourly Fault and warranty report
  • Store reports on weekly, monthly, periodic and adhoc basis
• Asset Lifecycle management:
  • Receiving
  • Allocation
  • Decommissioning/ Retrieval
  • Disposal
• Provide process support for the procurement of IT Assets, accessories and consumables using SAP ERP
• Maintain an up to date Inventory of all deployed IT Consumer Services Assets in all company’s locations in accordance with company’s asset database
• Coordination of Desktop and Hardware maintenance

Job Requirements
Academic Qualifications:

• HND in Computer Engineering/Electronics/ Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering/Electronics/ Electronic Engineering
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (Windows 10) or Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

Competency:

• Good people skill

Analytical skill:

• Competency in SAP Contracts and Purchasing Module (relevant to Asset process support )
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (Windows 10) or Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
• Mandatory Professional Certifications/Competency for Asset Analyst/Store Analyst

Professional Qualification:

• ITIL Foundation

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years.
