Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Baker Chef with a flair for creating a variety of baked goods. The ideal candidate will have experience in baking, creativity, and the ability to deliver high-quality results. You will play a key role in creating exceptional products that delight our customers.
Job Functions/Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts to the highest quality standards.
Develop and enhance recipes, focusing on flavor, presentation, and innovation.
Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards and are attractively presented.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements/Qualifications
OND/HND in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Baker Chef or in a similar baking role.
Expertise in baking techniques, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
