Job Description

  • Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
  • Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Developing and executing sales strategies in collaboration with management to grow business
  • Identifying and tracking key performance indicators, such as the number of leads generated, deals closed, and revenue generated, to measure the success of business development efforts.
  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
  • Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
  • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs
  • Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
  • Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
  • Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings
  • Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
  • Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
  • Representing the company at industry events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Developing and executing customer retention and loyalty programs to increase customer satisfaction and reduce churn.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or similar field
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM software, Google Suite and Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing and growing sales teams
  • Previous experience within the Interior Design industry is preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of growth procedures and sound judgment.

Experience:

  • Business development: At least 5 years (Required)
  • Interior Design/Construction Industry: 5 years (Required).

Soft Skills:

  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable services.
  • Professional yet affable disposition.
  • Neat, well-groomed appearance.
  • Great networking skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred).
