We are a top digital marketing agency who is looking to employ the service of a highly experienced Business Developer who is passionate about the growth of a company and project deliveries; has business management skills, and business intelligence and can grow our business value.
Responsibilities
Generate new leads to create more deals & drive sustainable growth.
Research to create missing offices that are necessary for the growth of a digital marketing agency.
Develop business plans and propsals that will help the above newly created offices to generate great revenue for the company.
Preparing & submitting business proposals, reports and presentations during meetings.
Develop and update company policies, business procedures, and templates for the business development team.
Assist in the development of templates for all office internal and external documents.
Support with clients communications on new business matters, subcontracts and other agreements.
Develop and manage growth projects and provide documentation plans and reports.
Coordinate all surbodinate staff members to ensure timely project delivery.
Identify & facilitate resolution of project issues through root cause analysis to fix underlying challenges.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, Master Degree, MBA or MiM qualification with 2 – 10 years work experience.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
