Job Description

SPEChire, an outsourcing firm is in need of an outstanding personnel with good communication skills, listening ability and problem solving skills to occupy the position of a call centre agent for one of our clients.


Job Functions/Responsibilities

– Receive customer calls and provide satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns

– Guide callers through navigating the company site or using the products or services

– Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items

-Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies

– Follow up new and existing customers


OND/HND/BSC/BA/MSC in any field of study and respectable university in Nigeria


Salary: N80,000/month.
