Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customers via emails and on social media platforms
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Troubleshoot required information using available resources
  • Document all interactions with Customers according to standard operating procedures
  • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in Voice of Customer
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure Customers Satisfaction
  • Other duties as assigned.

Special Job Requirements

  • NCE / HND / B.Sc from any course of study.
  • 6 months – 1 year of experience in a call center environment
  • Proficiency in Yoruba or Hausa & English language (read, write & speak).
  • Must have an International Passport and be ready to travel to location of project.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications e.g., MS office.
  • Customer centric with a positive mindset and ability to multi task.
  • Superior listening, verbal and written communication skills.
