Undertake the handling and processing of all claims and to ensure these are dealt with efficiently within laid down timescales and resolved in the best interests of the client.
Qualifications
A good Degree (B.Sc. / HND) in the Social Sciences
A Post-graduate degree would be an advantage
Relevant professional qualification is a must
3 – 5 years experience.

Knowledge of insurance claims handling and claims management processes
Ability to identify and resolve problems
Ability to use and knowledge of modern office equipment, including Microsoft Windows Software, etc.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Ability to interview complainants and witnesses.
