A client acquisition specialist is someone who assists in lead generation activities which also entails sourcing, engaging and conversion of prospective clients with the aim to buy or sell properties. The main responsibilities of include drafting up offers for home sales, providing guidance to clients, and working with clients to get their homes ready to sell.

Location – Asaba Delta & Lagos

Job responsibilities

  • Nurturing leads to convert them to clients and firm deals
  • Guiding clients through the investing, buying, and selling process
  • Organizing and booking property showings when needed
  • Ordering, preparing, and finalizing marketing material
  • Providing new listings with social media promotion to help increase exposure
  • Inputting information into a CRM system
  • Developing networks and cooperating with lawyers, mortgage lenders, and inspection personnel
  • Keeping up-to-date with any changes in the local and national real estate market

 

Qualification/Requirements

  • ONDHND/BSc in estate management, marketing or any relevant field
  • At least 3 – 10 years proven experience in client sourcing, engagement and conversion in real estate or insurance sector.
  • Must be a target driven individual
  • Must have the ability to build rapport with all kinds of people
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant and trustworthy
  • Accurate report writing skill

  • This position is for a target driven real estate negotiator
  • This position is full time and On-site
  • Proximity to aforementioned location its environs is necessary

Salary/benefits- 100,000, commission on sales and other welfare packages.
