Summary

  • Our client is hiring a Young Client Services Officer to help them keep growing their client base and interact with existing clients
  • We require a dedicated and ambitious female candidate who has a passion for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with our clients and build relationships with them while making sure they are satisfied.
  • Oversee our sales associate and ensure they are providing an exceptional customer service
  • Organise creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of client service systems
  • Resolve complex client problems in a professional manner
  • Coach and support team members to help them meet departmental goals
  • Keep records and documentation of client interactions to improve customer service
  • Create monthly and quarterly reports to determine business performance from client interaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years prior experience in customer service or client service-related roles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to anticipate the needs of customers
  • Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills
  • Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls
  • Superior organizational and Time management skills
  • Innovative, creative thinking skills to ensure the organization is providing a cutting edge client experience
  • Proven experience in a leadership role is required.
