Method of Application
Interested and qualified candidates/vendors are required to submit the following:

• Introductory letter indicating the business location and address and major products/ business.
• Company registration certificate
• CAC Form C07
• Income Tax Certificate
• Vat Registration Certificate/evidence of vat exemption
• Two referees from recognized institutions (please attach evidence of work done)
• Taxpayer’s Identification Number (TIN).
