Requirements
The ideal candidate must have the following minimum qualifications:

• BSc / BA in Advertising, Fine Art, Design, or relevant field
• 7+ years of proven digital experience as a creative director or relevant fields
• Proficient use of design software, including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Corel Draw
• Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
• Animation, illustration and video conceptualization and editing skills
• Portfolio showing high-end digital design skills
• Experience in public, marketing and promotional campaigns
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills
• Outstanding leadership skills in managing people, projects and resources
• Ability to multitask and work against tight deadlines
