Customer Service Officer II
Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
- Acts as a first point of call to customers/visitors
- Ensures the reception area is tidy
- Receives telephone calls and re-routes to appropriate department
- Acts as liason between departments for customer related issues
- Issues invoice/requisition to customers.
- Prepare proforma invoice
- Post invoices into the quick book system.
- Approve every job order prepared by Mary.
- Update the customer database ledger.
- Send total value of goods produced to customers upon completion.
- Follow up on customers to ascertain receipt of goods, customer satisfaction and/or complaints, if any, and escalate same to appropriate personnel.
- Liase with Accountant on customers that are indebted to the company, and call up the customers
- Any other duty assigned.
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification with a minimum of 2 years work experiece.
