Customer Service Officer II

Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a first point of call to customers/visitors
  • Ensures the reception area is tidy
  • Receives telephone calls and re-routes to appropriate department
  • Acts as liason between departments for customer related issues
  • Issues invoice/requisition to customers.
  • Prepare proforma invoice
  • Post invoices into the quick book system.
  • Approve every job order prepared by Mary.
  • Update the customer database ledger.
  • Send total value of goods produced to customers upon completion.
  • Follow up on customers to ascertain receipt of goods, customer satisfaction and/or complaints, if any, and escalate same to appropriate personnel.
  • Liase with Accountant on customers that are indebted to the company, and call up the customers
  • Any other duty assigned.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND qualification with a minimum of 2 years work experiece.
