Job Functions/Responsibilities

help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • High school diploma or its equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Knowledge of customer service practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Skilled at de-escalation and conflict management.
  • Good record management skills

Salary: N100,000-150,000per month.
