Job Overview

  • The customer service representative will act as a liaison, provide product service information answer questions and resolve every emerging issues that customers may face with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Closing sales that will develop into return customers and new customers.
  • Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Meeting personal / customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.

Job Requirements

  • Must have at least OND
  • Must have at least 2 years experience as a customer service representative
  • Must be a good team player
  • Must possess good character traits and personality
  • Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Must have customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
  • Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Must live within Okota / Ago / Isolo and environs
  • Must not be above 26 years of age.

N45,000 / Month.
