Job Description

  • Our client is in need of an eloquent Customer Success Representative who will manage all client inquiries, and liaise with the Logistics and Facility Management teams in fulfilling client orders.
  • The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for sourcing and retaining customers

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
  • Data entry in various platforms
  • Work cross-functionally with Facility Management and Logistics teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum Higher National Diploma (Preferred)
  • 1 – 3 years’ of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal,written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work
  • Must be a team player
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Smart and proactive approach to dealing with customers
  • Sales oriented and an excellent problem solver
  • Highly Organized.
  • Candidates must reside within close proximity to VI.

Work Hours:

  • 9am – 6pm | Monday – Friday | Remotely on Saturdays.

Salary
N70,000.00 per month.
