Job Summary
- As a Customer Support Representative, you will be a key member of our team at our Lekki & Victoria Island locations.
- You will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and support, with a strong focus on knowledge of pharmaceutical products and retail pharmacy operations.
- Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive in-store experience.
Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Engage customers to encourage additional purchases by providing information on promotions, discounts, and complementary products.
- Proactively solicit feedback and reviews from satisfied customers to boost the company’s online reputation.
- Contact customers who haven’t made a purchase in a while to rekindle their interest and offer special incentives.
- Provide online customers with efficient and courteous assistance through chat or email.
- Offer personalized product recommendations to online customers based on their preferences and previous purchases.
- Ensure prompt response to online inquiries and concerns, maintaining a professional and helpful tone.
- Demonstrate the physical endurance required to stand for extended periods as needed during working hours.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc qualification.
- Proven experience 2 years as a Customer Support Representative in a retail pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, OTC medications, and health-related items.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling medications and transactions.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Customer-focused attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
