Location: Lekki & Victoria Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm

Alternate Weekends, from 9 am to 9 pm.

 

Job Summary

  • As a Customer Support Representative, you will be a key member of our team at our Lekki & Victoria Island locations.
  • You will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and support, with a strong focus on knowledge of pharmaceutical products and retail pharmacy operations.
  • Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive in-store experience.

Job Functions/Responsibilities

  • Engage customers to encourage additional purchases by providing information on promotions, discounts, and complementary products.
  • Proactively solicit feedback and reviews from satisfied customers to boost the company’s online reputation.
  • Contact customers who haven’t made a purchase in a while to rekindle their interest and offer special incentives.
  • Provide online customers with efficient and courteous assistance through chat or email.
  • Offer personalized product recommendations to online customers based on their preferences and previous purchases.
  • Ensure prompt response to online inquiries and concerns, maintaining a professional and helpful tone.
  • Demonstrate the physical endurance required to stand for extended periods as needed during working hours.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc qualification.
  • Proven experience 2 years as a Customer Support Representative in a retail pharmacy setting.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, OTC medications, and health-related items.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling medications and transactions.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Customer-focused attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance standards is a plus.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a genuine desire to assist customers.
  • Strong ethical and professional conduct when handling medications and sensitive customer information.
