Description

• Gather requirements for stand-alone operating system deployments escalate and follow through on deployment
• Carry out Operating system deployment activities Desktop, Laptops and Tablets
• Package, test and deploy approved Software within  IT
• Package, test, deploy and monitor compliance of  approved Patches
• Provide support and maintenance for escalated Desktop incidents and problem
• Provide technical support for SCCM infrastructure to ensure continuous availability
• Generate configuration management reports using SCCM or other approved tools
• System Centre Configuration Management (SCCM) services
• Carry out system data
• Carry out system data backup activities

Job Requirements
Academic Qualification:

• B.Sc. /HND in Engineering/Computer Science

Professional Qualification:

• PMP/ACMP is madatory
• PMP Certification must be in good standing
• Knowledge of PMI Methodology is required
• Knowledge of SAP/PPM mandatory

Experience:

• Experience on support of similar activities
