Job Title: Digital Marketer
The GKT Group is a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketer to work with us. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving online traffic, and generating leads and conversions. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for staying abreast of industry trends.

- Develop and implement a Digital marketing strategy and framework to support the groups long term marketing objectives.
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends, ensuring campaigns are tailored for maximum impact.
- Create engaging content for online platforms, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives using various analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital marketing efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry developments and emerging digital marketing trends to ensure the company’s competitiveness in the market.
- Implement digital marketing strategies that guarantees improved awareness and conversion
- Support our long term marketing strategies through digital channels.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns. Experience in B2B or B2C marketing is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing software.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to analyze campaign performance.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative campaigns to engage target audiences.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create compelling and persuasive content.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics, providing insights for campaign optimization.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced digital environment and stay updated on industry trends.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
