Job Description

  • The role involves creating, managing, and executing campaigns that align with the organisations core objectives. This includes developing content, managing social media accounts, creating ads, running email campaigns, and analysing the performance of campaigns.
  • Improving brand awareness and digital prominence through social media marketing, brand, and content strategy development. Other tasks include graphic design, brand identity, digital & social media management.
  • Content Creation
  • Exciting, relevant, current content creation driving brand awareness and the services currently offered.
    • Social Media Management
  • Manage our digital and marketing platforms/channels – converts from viewers to actual customers/clients.
    • Graphics Design
  • Graphic design to communicate messages, events, posts, and interactive visual content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curate and create daily social media content and marketing materials and oversee their distribution.
  • Effectively use all digital marketing tools and techniques like SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display ads to boost brand exposure.
  • Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports.
  • Maintain our website and social media presence across all relevant digital marketing channels.
  • Utilize a strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Build, plan and implement all digital marketing strategies for the company.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for online engagement.
  • Utilize a strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Keeping track of the latest trends, new platforms, best practices, and technologies in real estate digital advertising.

  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with a minimum of 4 years relevant work experience.
