Job Description: E-commerce Customer Service Representative
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Schedule: 4 days a week, including weekends, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Job Description
As a Customer Service E-commerce Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and support. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a seamless shopping experience.
Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and order statuses.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and share feedback with the team.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
- HND/BSc in Mass Communication or a related field.
