To follow up with recipe and ensure production meet organization’s standard.
Ensure compliance with relevant food processing regulations at all times.
Avoid materials wastage and ensure production is in line with order.
Monitor work equipment and report any malfunction to the supervisor to avoid brake down or disruption in the production.
Ensure availability of materials to avoid stock out e.t.c
Academic Qualification and Skills
Trade Test, Technical education or OND in Food Technology or related field.
Minimum of 2 years working experience in the same capacity.
Good knowledge of recipe for different categories of bread or baking techniques.
Attention to details and ability to work with less supervision.
