Ensure excellent production of bread and other products at all times.
Ensure compliance with relevant food processing regulations in the various sections of the bakery.
Ensure the bakery environment meet maximum standard requirements in terms of display of items to encourage customer purchases
Carry out regular monitoring of production materials, equipment and staff to avoid wastages.
Monitor all operations equipment to avoid any brake down,
Carry out regular stock/inventory reconciliation to avoid stock out.
Carry out daily reconciliation of all sales lodgments i.e cash and electronics payment to ensure correctness of all transactions.
Drive all subordinates to ensure exceptional customer services.
Academic Qualification and Skills
OND or HND in Food and Beverages, Food Technology or related field.
Minimum of 4 years working experience in the same capacity.
Good knowledge of recipe for different categories of bread or baking techniques.
Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.
Creative and Innovative mind.
Ability to proactively meet demands and pressure of customers.
Problem-solving skills.
Computer savvy and ability to use Microsoft Office.
