Manage the inventory of all food and beverages by conducting regular checks to ensure that enough products are on hand to serve customers, order items as needed, and generate inventory reports for superiors.
Oversee kitchen operations
Coordinate Food & Beverage options – choose the type of food and drink selections available at the company by creating menus, choosing specials, and overseeing food preparation.
Monitor adherence to state food & sanitation laws and regulations
Monitor bar set-up maintenance programs, check buffet / reception tables and coffee breaks process plus initiate plans to enhance beauty of the company
Check deliveries, including food, bar supplies or equipment and checking and handing over of delivery notes to the appropriate department
Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
Degree in relevant field
Must have a minimum of four (4) years previous Food & Beverage supervisory/management experience in the hospitality indusrty.
Experience in resolving customer issues/complaints as well as overall excellent customer service required
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Solid time management, organization and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
Living proximity to Lekki, Lagos
