Qualifications and Experience:
- A first Degree in a related field or its equivalent.
- 1 -2 Years’ experience in a finance role.

- Bank statement reconciliation
- Handles general accounts queries.
- General ledger reconciliations
- Premium receipting and management of trade receivables.
- Arranges payment of bills and accounts.
- Keeps records of financial transactions.

Payment Processing:
- Arranges payment of bills and accounts.
- Checks the amounts to be paid and received by the business.
- Compares costs with budgets.
Account Processing:
- Handles general accounts queries.
- Responsible for transaction processing.
- Checks account order forms and receipts are filled in correctly.
Personal Effectiveness:
- Accountable for service delivery through own efforts.
- Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks and output quality over periods of 1 day to a maximum of three months.
