Job Summary

  • Serve customers by providing product and service information.
  • Resolve customers’ concerns, complaints and obtain feedback.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell product items.
  • Ensure sales are closed at the stipulated time.
  • Train and mentor, the online sales and helpdesk team on company standards and expectations
  • Provide leadership, coaching and direction to the Online sales team.


  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc or HND certification in a relevant field
  • 2 -3 years’ experience in a customer service role in the food/retail industry
  • Experience coaching and supervising a team is desirable.
  • Working knowledge of customer service principles & practices
  • Willingness to work on a shift basis and weekends
  • Possess excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
  • Computer literacy is highly required.

N80,000 – N120,000 / Month.
