Attitude Homes is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in Human Resources or a related field, and a strong understanding of HR best practices. They will be responsible for managing the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. They will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with HR laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple projects at once. They should be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent time management skills. Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
