We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team in Victoria Island, Lagos. This role involves overseeing all HR functions, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Job Functions/Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee recruitment, on-boarding, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Lead performance evaluation processes and manage employee development.
Address employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
Promote a positive and productive work culture.
Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Implement HR initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
Requirements/Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in HR management.
Relevant HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM)
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
