Report to: The Sales Manager

Key Elements of the Role

  • Understanding the technical features and functionalities of the company’s products
  • Reach out to corporate organizations through cold calling.
  • Maintaining relationships with current clients and identifying new business opportunities with them
  • Collaborates with Business Head to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
  • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective Corporate Organizations.
  • Conducting in-depth research to identify market opportunities
  • Examining the IT requirements of customers and suggesting appropriate products
  • Conducting product demonstrations as and when required
  • Promote the business benefits of Simbanet Products & Services
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
  • Presenting and negotiating service renewal contracts
  • Gathering feedback from customers and providing after-sales support whenever required
  • Tracking sales performance metrics and maintaining a record of the same
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Candidates should possess minimum of Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3 – 10 years relevant work experience.
  • Proven work experience in the Sales department as an Information Technology Sales Associate, Sales Associate, or an equivalent position
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quota
  • Tremendous customer advocate with exceptional networking and relationship building
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated, driven, organized, creative, and possess superior communication and problem-solving skills
  • Impeccable presentation skills
  • Be a good team player
  • Tech savviness.
