Internal Sales Representative Manager (ISR)

Responsibilities

  • Strategically drive revenue targets for Caterpillar equipment and product parts in Nigeria
  • Regularly review sales pipeline of salesmen and ensure maximum conversion of opportunities to sales
  • Drive CRM adoption and champion change management
  • Use analytics from salesforce CRM to gain insights and drive sales process optimization
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecast to top management
  • Regularly review work processes and methods to align with best practices
  • Manage marketing campaigns by engaging inactive customers to drive customer loyalty and retention
  • Regularly develop initiatives to motivate salesmen to improve sales and productivity
  • Ensure all Caterpillar products enquires via email, internet and telephone are attended to promptly
  • Monitor economic trends and competitor’s actives and provide advice to top management
  • Champion after-sales support efforts and develop initiatives to improve customer satisfaction scores
  • Achieve sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis per channel
  • Maintain SET Scores for ISR Team cumulatively >85%

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any discipline
  • E-Commerce experience is desirable
  • ISR experience is essential
  • Quality assurance experience is desirable
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word and Power point
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Good listening and analytical skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Leadership skills is essential.
