Develop a work plan for Corporate Gift Procurement and secure management approval to implement
Work with functional groups, events team and SCM to implement procurement plan
Invitation of vendors for the annual and periodic exhibition of corporate gift samples
Selection and approval of the corporate gifts
Coordinate with Supply Chain for procurement and delivery of all Corporate gift items for events as schedule
Manage of PGPA warehouse
Receive and validate supply of corporate gifts
Work with a multi-functional team carry-out periodic to audit of the warehouse
Manage issuance and re-order of gifts stock
Work with NMA communication to take delivery of advocacy and engagement materials, Note Pads,Calendars etc.
End of the year donations to charitable homes
Work with a multi-functional team assess implementation and do a lookback on the distribution of advocacy and engagement materials and document lessons learned for process improvement
Work with NMA communication to process and distribute advocacy and engagement materials to Company locations and offices.
Job Requirements
Higher education (University Degree or HND) is required to provide these services
Minimum of 4 years experience in programme support services
A good knowledge of Company processes will be an added advantage.
