We are looking for a meticulous and reliable Item Picker to join our Purchase Department at our Victoria Island location. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that items are accurately picked and prepared for distribution, supporting the efficient operations of our supply chain.
Job Functions/Responsibilities
Accurately pick items according to purchase orders and delivery schedules.
Collaborate with the Purchase Department to ensure timely and accurate picking of items required for stock replenishment.
Pack items securely and label them correctly for internal distribution or delivery to other branches.
Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by reporting any discrepancies or damaged items immediately.
Help organize and maintain storage areas to ensure items are easily accessible.
Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations within the department.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Purchase Department Supervisor.
Requirements/Qualifications
Minimum of SSCE/OND.
Experience in a similar role within a purchase or inventory management setting is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Must reside in or near Victoria Island, Lagos.
