Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
Assist users with hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems promptly and effectively.
Hardware and Software Setup.
User Account Management.
Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and inventory management.
Provide remote support to remote or off-site employees using remote desktop tools and VPN connections.
Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity issues, including wired and wireless connections.
Perform routine hardware maintenance, such as cleaning, equipment inspections, and component replacement (e.g., RAM, hard drives).
Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex technical issues and projects.
Requirements
B.Sc. or HND in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
Applicant must be an NYSC member of Batch B Stream 2 2023/2024
Strong interest in IT and technology.
Basic knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
