Job Responsibilities for this role include:
- Assist in inventory control.
- Ensure the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
- Sorting, storing and distribution of cooking ingredients.
- Washing utensils and dishes; while ensuring they are properly handled and stored appropriately.
- Carrying out every other duty assigned by the Chef.
Job Requirements of this role include:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND qualification with 2 – 5 years of work experience.
- Working knowledge of cooking skills and techniques, with experience in the said role.
- Strong ability to listen and learn fast.
- Energetic and active personnel with the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Excellent organizational, communication and time management to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Applicants must be flexible with time and be available to work at any given time.
