Project Analyst:

  • Assist in ensuring the assembly of PPEs materials and consumables for all Projects.
  •  Assist in the review of ALL tender documents and compile materials required for the bid.
  •  Ensure electronic control of documents.
  • Ensure that delivered products are within the client’s quality expectation.
  • Ensure that projects meet targets and deadlines as set by company and clients.
  • Managing projects.

Required Competencies:
• Broad knowledge of the Upstream Sector of the Nigeria Oil and Gas Industry.
• Good documentation skills.
• PMP Certification is an added advantage
• At least three years’ experience in a similar role.
• Good interpersonal, multi-tasking skills
• Excellent email, MS Excel ,Spread sheet and Project Management Software skills.
• Analytical skills to define and solve problems.
• Oral and written communication skills.

Technology Engineer

1. Writing technology card for threaded pipe production.
2. Writing CNC programmes for the Pipe Threading and Machining plant.
3. Ensure all programmes used in the production process deliver optimal results
4. Deploy technology to deliver the maximum volume of high-quality products to be produced at the lowest
possible cost and in the shortest possible time.
5. Work as part of a team to design, install, monitor, and develop manufacturing equipment and assembly
6. Designing, developing, and installing plant control systems

Person Specification/ Qualifications
• B.Eng in Mechanical / Production Engineering or equivalent
• 3 – 5 years’ cognate experience
• Proficient in the writing of technology cards and CNC programmes for the production process
• Familiarity with latest trends in threading process
• Very knowledgeable of industrial mechanical and production systems
• Ability to comprehend given instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions,
mechanical documents, engineering drawings and procedure manuals.

Senior Product Specialist (Sales Engineer) – Rotating Equipment

• In-depth product knowledge and working knowledge of areas of application
• Identify application areas on client sites and make appropriate proposal on the benefits and
usage of the products.
• Identify key companies/ operators in the non-oil and gas industries to engage
• Follow up quotations submitted to ensure speedy closeout
• Organise workshops for project engineers, trading companies on our products and their
• Follow up leads as a result of the visits and presentations made.

Person Specification:
• A good university degree in Mechanical Engineering
• An MBA will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience on different types of rotating equipment
• Must have an eye for details and be meticulous
• Intelligence gathering skills
• Good working knowledge of the upstream sector of the oil and gas industry
• Proven ability to advise clients
• Proven track record of winning businesses
• Proven account management experience.

Senior Procurement Service Advisor

Executing the following with little or no supervision and having the ability to bring a new entrant up to speed;

  • Request for Quotations (RFQs), Electronic RFXs processing, and management.
  • Managing suppliers of materials.
  • Processing Requests for Quotation (RFQ) received on assigned accounts.
  • Obtaining quotes from suppliers.
  • Validating purchase order documents.
  • Follow up on all submitted RFQs.
  • Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders on all RFQS and purchase orders (POs)

Person Specifications/ Competencies
• First degree in a numeric discipline e.g. Engineering/Sciences, Economics, Statistics, etc
• CIPS or APICS would be an added advantage.
• At least 3 years cognate experience.
• Supply Chain SAP Module knowledge is required.
• Very good grasp of Supply Chain Process in Upstream Oil and Gas
• Excellent MS Excel skill.
• Excellent RFQ Processing skill
• Excellent international sourcing skill
• Excellent on-line bidding skill
• Excellent Purchase order management skill

Senior Business Development Executive

• Win multi-million Dollar business for the company.
• Develop technical and commercial knowledge of all our product offerings and services.
• Contribute to the attainment of the company’s business development strategies.
• Identify immediate and long-term needs by clients for company’s products and services on
such projects.
• Liaise between the company and key agencies in the industry such as NAPIMS, DPR etc.
• Manage day to day relationships with partners and clients and develop a deep
understanding of their needs.
• Identify application areas on client sites and make appropriate proposal on the benefits and
usage of the products.

Person Specification/ Competencies:
• A good University degree
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Technical Sales in the Upstream subsector of the oil and
gas industry
• Ideal candidate should have met at least a USD2.5 million annual sales target
• A good knowledge of up-coming and on-going key projects in the upstream sector of the Oil
and Gas Sector.
• Good working knowledge of the Nigerian Oil Industry (Upstream sector)
• Proven sales contacts in the Upstream sector of Nigeria’s oil and gas industry
• Proven track record of winning businesses and meeting targets
• Business intelligence gathering skills.
