Job Description

  • Outsourcing Sales Manager will be in charge of managing outsourcing accounts and acquiring new clients.
  • Also, the potential candidate must demonstrate their ability to generate new businesses to meet revenue targets.
  • Finally, they should have the ability to recruit the right staff for clients to meet their satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage existing outsourced accounts.
  • Source and acquire new outsourced accounts through networks and relationship building.
  • Regularly post jobs on our job portal and various networks to find candidates to fill roles promptly.
  • Source for qualified drivers.
  • Recruit and short list for other roles for clients and internal needs.
  • Accurately, prepare, and submit sale contracts.
  • Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal staff.
  • Create and implement processes and policies to improve our customer’s operations.
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts
  • Prepare payroll and invoices monthly.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years experience working in the outsourcing industry.
  • Previous role in recruitment.
  • Robust interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel in order to see clients, explore new markets and attend conventions.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • A familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite and WordPress.
  • Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.


  • N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
