The Job

• Accomplish manufacturing results by communicating job expectations to team members.
• Maintain work flow by monitoring steps of the production process.
• Ensure smooth operation of manufacturing equipment by carrying out repairs/maintenance and/or liaising with third parties or maintenance team for  timely repair/maintenance functions.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment.

The Person Must

• Be assertive.
• Have good mechanical aptitude.
• Have good communication skills.
• Possess good interpersonal skills.

Qualification

• National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.

Experience:

• Three (3) years in a feed manufacturing organization
