Description

• General Administration:
  • Set up and maintain administrative services for project teams (i.e. travel, logistics, room reservations / related facilities, e)
  • Set up and keep up to date project /portfolio repository
  • Own and manage project portfolio management folder
  • Provide support and undertake tasks for Project Managers
  • Organize and manage dates for internal project meetings
• Organize and  attend  relevant  internal  IT  Project  Steering  meetings,  including formulating and circulating agendas and action lists
• Co-ordinate the publication of project documents, including weekly, dashboards and monthly reports
• Project Registration and Management of transition across Stage gates:
  • Co-ordinate Project Intake on SAP / PPM, Registration and Assigning PMs with the advised from IMT/3
  • Manage authorization  and  project  data  completeness /status  verification  in SAP/PPM
  • Change PS user status
• Run transaction to report actual cost
• Ensure planned delivery date is updated on stage gates
• Ensure Documents are updated on different stage gates on SAP
• Assigned required permission to PMs on SAP

Job Requirements

• B.Sc/HND in Engineering/Computer Science
• Minimum of 3years
• Candidate must have good knowledge of:
• Client and Server operating environment including Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure
• Operating system support and deployment technologies
• Patch Deployment and Compliance Monitoring methods and solutions
• Domain system management methods including System Centre Configuration Management (SCCM) services
• Client System Productivity tool management and issue resolution
• ITIL Foundation V3
• Microsoft Certification on minimum Windows 7; Windows 10 certification will be an added advantage
• Windows Server and SCCM certifications will be an added advantage.
