We are looking to fill the position of a retail sales representative who can handle customers and sales at our establishment.
You will be required to help them with selling products, helping customers with their purchases and keeping a check on the stock at the store.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop in-depth knowledge of company products.
Provide accurate information (product features, pricing and after sales services).
Perform competitive analysis, market research and product assessment.
Manage and maintain sales inventory and ensuring that the store is fully stacked.
Analyze competitor’s products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
Provide customer feedback to the store manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree, HND in any discipline
1 – 3 years work experience.
Proven sales experience
Strong analytical, communication skills and computer skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Attention to details.
Salary
N70,000 / month.
