Responsibilities
Will be responsible for the following:

  • Closing sales deals with prospective students who are interested in our coding courses
  • Conducting initial consultations with potential students to understand their needs and identify the appropriate course for them
  • Following up with leads and existing students to build long-term relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with our marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
  • Providing regular feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
  • Developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to promote the academy and increase enrollments.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Creating and managing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and advertising.
  • Collaborating with the academy’s instructional team to create effective messaging and positioning for courses.
  • Building relationships with potential students and partners through effective sales and networking strategies.
  • Managing the academy’s CRM system and tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (First class, 2:1 or 2:2) or HND (Distinction, Upper Credit or Lower Credit).
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the education or technology industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential students
  • Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline of leads, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Passion for education and technology
  • Knowledge of sales best practices and experience in lead generation and conversion.
