As a Sales Executive at Health Naturo, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Identify Sales Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and direct customer engagement.
- Build Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, providing personalized solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest products and services offered by Health Naturo, and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Education: A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using online sales platforms, CRM software, and other sales tools.
