Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Health Naturo, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You will play a crucial role in identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

 

Job Functions/Responsibilities

  • Identify Sales Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and direct customer engagement.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, providing personalized solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest products and services offered by Health Naturo, and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Education: A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using online sales platforms, CRM software, and other sales tools.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping people.
  • Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs

Salary: 100,000/month.
