Job Summary

  • As a Sales Executive at Bakery store, you will play a pivotal role in driving our bakery’s sales and customer satisfaction.
  • You will be responsible for promoting and selling our delicious bakery products while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:

  • Greet and assist bakery customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Provide product information, recommendations, and tastings to enhance the customer’s experience.
  • Answer customer inquiries about ingredients, pricing, and product availability.

Sales and Upselling:

  • Actively promote bakery products and specials to customers.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize sales revenue.
  • Suggest additional items or upsell products to increase the customer’s purchase.

Order Processing:

  • Accurately process customer orders, including custom cake orders and catering requests.
  • Ensure order details are recorded correctly and communicated to the bakery team.

Cash Handling:

  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and securely.
  • Maintain a balanced cash register and follow cash-handling procedures.

Maintaining Presentation:

  • Keep the sales area clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Monitor and replenish bakery products on display to ensure availability.

Customer Feedback and Resolution:

  • Listen to customer feedback and address any concerns or complaints professionally.
  • Report customer feedback to the management team for continuous improvement.
  • Retail Distribution

Salary
N70,000 / month.
